Our production partners, located throughout the United States, offer multiple shipping services from a large network of carrier companies. Shipping times are given per item and are always best estimates. Shipping times are available in our product catalogue page in Dreamship app. This ensures transparency and allows you to plan accordingly.
Below are the estimated delivery time for each shipping methods for orders shipping in US contiguous state:

Economy: estimated 4-8 business days.

Ground: estimated 2-5 business days.

Express: estimated 2-4 business days.

Two-day: estimated 1-2 business days.
The estimated delivery time for non-contiguous orders is 5-10 business days
The estimated delivery time for international order is 7-21 business days
Carrier Delays
Dreamship will communicate with merchants about any major delays from our carrier partners due to external factors (serve weather, natural disaster, etc) in the product catalog page of the Dreamship app, community or daily support conversation.
Though we do not guarantee exact shipping times, we will make sure to assist you if you are experiencing unusual delays.
