      Information on Dreamship's International Shipping

      How long does it take to ship internationally?

      International shipping times usually range between 7 to 14 business days. More details are available per item in our product catalog page in the Dreamship app. 

      Who is responsible for paying customs and duties on a package?

      Dreamship and its supplier networks ship packages DDU (Deliver Duty Unpaid). Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country by the receiver. The payment value depends on the total value of the package and varies by country. Dreamship encourages sellers to be aware of these potential costs before offering international shipping as an option on their website.

      Dreamship is not responsible for any duties and taxes paid before the package is delivered. 

      What if the tracking system shows the package is blocked in customs?

      Shipments can be held up in customs to check that the contents of the package and the value of the goods were declared accurately. Dreamship’s logistics partners will attach proper documentation and customs declaration to any international package to make sure packages reach their final destination. Dreamship will not replace or issue a refund for packages that are delayed because they are held up in customs.
