How to add Paper note into your order
What is paper note option?
Dreamship offers Paper note option for some products at a fee of $0.5. You can choose to add a Paper note into your order. The note will be printed in black&white color and shipped in the same package with the items.

How many Paper notes can you add?
For ONE order, only ONE paper note can be added.
How to add paper note for the order?
Paper note is listed as a separate product on catalog. You can access paper note item variant ID and template here.
Order submitted via CSV upload
For CSV, please add information of the paper note in a single line in the CSV file as a separate item.
Order created on Dreamship app
Step 1: On Dreamship dashboard page, click on Orders >> All Orders
Step 2: Click on "Create Order" in the top right corner.
Step 3: A new order ID and order interface will be generated.
Step 4: Add an existing product or create a new product, following steps detailed HERE. You can either create a paper note product beforehand to add into the order or directly create new paper note product in the order
Step 5: Add paper note into the order by clicking “Add paper note”
Step 6: Choose “Existing product” if you have already created the paper note product. Otherwise, click “New product" >> Tick on the item check box >> click button “add”
Step 7: (optional): Upload the design of paper note in case you added “new product"
Step 8: Input Address. Choose shipping method.
Step 9: (optional) Edit Reference ID in the "Source" section
Step 10: Submit Order (top right corner).
Order submitted via API from your backend store/marketplaces or orderdesk
Paper note is listed as a separate product on catalog so you can add a paper note as a normal item into the order.
