Dreamship collaborates with a diverse network of production partners across the United States & several other countries in the world, enabling us to effectively scale production volumes and meet the dynamic demands of the market. As a result, our production process is optimized to ensure efficient and timely product manufacturing.
For the majority of our products, the production time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days. However, for less popular products that experience lower demand, we kindly request allowing for a production time of 1 to 4 business days.
To provide transparency and aid in your planning process, Dreamship offers a production times statistic feature in the Dreamship dashboard. This feature allows you to track the average production time of all products over the past 7 days. By leveraging this information, you can make informed decisions and effectively plan your operations.

To help you better monitor order production, we would like to inform you on three states of production:

Normal: production is as usual and production times follow Dreamship estimates. Production time starts when your order has been accepted by Dreamship.

Minor delays: due to minor external incidents (QC issue, stock shortage, etc.), our production partners might experience minor production time delays (the production time might be extended to 3-5 business days).

Major delays: due to major external incidents, our production partners might experience major production time delays (the production time might be extended to 5-10 business days).
