Order status

What do the order statuses mean

Submitted

This status means that the order has been submitted to the system and will be paid after about 1 hour if the billing options are valid. You can still cancel and edit order details within this one hour.

Accepted

The order is now paid. Order details have gone through to the supplier's system. You can no longer edit order details when it is in accepted state.

Fulfilled

The order has been produced and shipped out. 

Partially fulfilled

“Partially fulfilled” means that a part of your order was finished and shipped out while other items in the order may take longer time for production.

Rejected

An order can be rejected due to many reasons. It can happen when your account is in IP high risk state, your payment method is not sufficient, the item in the order is out of stock, etc.
