How to check item variant stock status?
To check stock status, please go to Catalog >> choose your desired product >> The stock status is next the variant ID column:
You can also click on the variant ID to see the meaning of each stock status.
Meaning of each stock status:
If there is no status: The item is available to order
“Out of Stock”: Item is not available to order for a limited time due to material shortage
“Backorder”: Item is available to order following longer production time. The production times for backorder item normally extend 3-5 days
How to track items' stock statuses?
Dreamship works with each printing partner to ensure there is enough stock available to place your order, scale your volumes and meet market needs. Some items in catalog are more complex to source or produce and have lower supply than others. To help you better manage orders and campaigns, we would like to inform you on two stock statuses:

Extended stock: our printing partners carry high inventory and the chances to see the item out of stock are minimal.

Limited stock: our printing partners carry low inventory of the item. Please reach out to your account manager or the customer support if you plan on sending high volumes.
Each item stock status can be found in the catalog, along with its production times and operational status.
Where can I find the size charts?
To download size charts for apparels products, please go to Catalog → choose your desired product → scroll down to “size chart"

Dreamship offers the following decoration methods:
- Dye Sublimation
- Direct to Garment
- Direct print
- UV printing
- DTFx
- Mixed

How can I order a sample?
If you need a sample for quality check, you can place an order of samples just like a normal order.
