Some FAQs regarding apayment methods
What are available payment methods?
Following are the available payment options:
PayPal: PayPal transactions incur a 5% + $0.49 processor fee per transaction.
Credit Card: Credit card transactions incur a 2.59% + $0.49 processor fee per transaction.
Payoneer: Payoneer transactions do NOT incur processor fees.
Account Balance: You can add funds directly to your Account Balance from the PayPal or Payoneer account linked to the app.
We also receive offline transfer via Paypal masspay, Lian Lian and PingPong

How do I top up Dreamship balance?
Step 1: Dreamship dashboard > Settings > Billing
Step 2: Add Payment methods
Step 3: Deposits > Add funds > Select payment method & amount to top up
Payment failure, what do I do?
Most of the time, the reason for payment failure is “insufficient balance”. In this case, please top up your account balance or add funds to other payment methods then submit the order again.
If you have enough balance and payments still fail, please ping chat to Dreamship support team for further assistance!
How does the payment work?
Dreamship will automatically charge the account balance first. If the balance is insufficient and auto billing is on, we will charge the order with other payment methods.
To check if auto billing function is on, please go to Setting >> Billing >> Automatic Billing
Does Dreamship provide receipts for my orders?
Yes, we do! If you need receipts for your order, kindly ping Dreamship support team on boxchat and provide us with the following information:
- Business name and address
- The period of time that you want to import receipt
Please be noted that Dreamship does not provide receipt with seal or signature on it.
